Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip
1 c. chopped green onion
3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 c. olives, chopped
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation

Peel, pit and mash avocado in medium bowl with lemon, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning mix.
