Buffalo-Style Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
    1 c. beer
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Place roast in covered roasting pan.
    Combine ketchup, beer and brown sugar; blend thoroughly.
    Pour over beef.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
