Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 toes garlic, chopped
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    2 cans tomato juice
    salt and pepper
    cabbage leaves
    6 whole potatoes
    6 whole carrots
    water
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients thoroughly.
    Form oblong balls out of hamburger mixture (about the size of a fist).
    Roll cabbage leaves around balls of meat.
    Place in large pot with lid.
    Peel potatoes and carrots and place on top.
    Add about 2-inches of water and season with salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook for 1 hour on top of stove.
