Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt in saucepan.
Add milk and egg yolks (reserve egg whites for topping).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Stir in margarine and vanilla.
Pour into baked (cooled) pie crust.
Cool. Makes 1 pie.
