Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 fryer chicken, cut up
 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
2 cans broth or water
Preparation
- 
                            If chicken is large, brown in hot fat or boil 15 minutes. Place in pan and sprinkle uncooked rice over chicken.
 
Pour soups and broth or water over this; cover with foil.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil last 15 minutes.
