Zucchini Torta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine eggs, oil, onion, parsley and oregano. To this mixture, add Bisquick and combine thoroughly.
    Add shredded zucchini and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into baking pan.
    The size of the pan determines the thickness of the torta.
    The larger the pan, the thinner.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes or until it is done.
