Dressing For Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 heaping tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine with 4 cups shredded cabbage.
