Chicken Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts in water; drain. Debone and break in large pieces. Mix all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Mix with chicken. Put in large casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May refrigerate overnight before baking.
