Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Spoon potato mixture into lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
