Banana Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Stir about 1 cup banana chunks into batter.
Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil in a deep fat fryer.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls into hot oil and fry until done, about 5 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Roll in powdered sugar glaze.
