Fluffy Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
8 Tbsp. flour
2 c. corn, preferably fresh
2 c. whole milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Beat
eggs
well and add to milk. Add to dry mixture.
Add corn.
Spray 2-quart casserole with Pam. Pour in mixture and
bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir from bottom several times during
first
1/2
hour and then do not stir again.
