Curried Baked Chicken Breasts(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 lemon
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation

Wash chicken breasts and dry carefully; rub with lemon.
Heat oil in large frying pan over moderate heat.
Add chicken and brown lightly on all sides.
Remove to 2-quart baking dish.
Cook onion 1 minute in pan; stir in flour, salt and curry powder; add chicken broth, milk and Kitchen Bouquet.
Stir constantly until sauce thickens and boils.
Pour sauce over chicken and cover dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is tender (about 45 minutes).
