Special Day Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. whipped cream
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 pkg. ladyfingers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 c. pie filling (cherry)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Whip the cream.
    Beat together sugar, vanilla and cream cheese; fold in whipped cream and pineapple.
    Line the sides and bottom of a 9-inch pan with ladyfingers.
    Chill several hours. Spread pie filling over top.
    Yields 10 servings.
