Easy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 1 lb. hamburger
1 large can tomato juice
2 pkg. frozen soup mix or gumbo mix
Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
Preparation

Brown meat and drain.
Defrost vegetables slightly.
Add vegetables and juice and season to taste.
Simmer for 1 hour, adding water, if needed.
Excellent reheated.
