Perfect Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in cornmeal, then add eggs, milk and oil.
    Beat one minute or until smooth.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
