Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 slices bread, cubed, or 3 c. croutons
    1 lb. smoked ham, cubed (2 c.)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (2 c.)
    3 to 4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. croutons
Preparation
    Combine bread, ham and cheese cubes and spread in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine eggs, mustard, milk and melted butter and pour over first mixture.
    Top with remaining cup of croutons.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
