Rouladen(German Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thin slices top round beef
    4 slices bacon
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    6 thin long slices of dill pickle
    Dijon mustard
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 bay leaf
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    cornstarch and water to thicken
Preparation
    Salt and pepper each slice of beef and spread with mustard. Put a slice of bacon on the slice of beef and add some onions and garlic and a the dill pickle.
    Starting at the narrow end of the steak, roll jelly roll fashion and secure with toothpicks.
