Creole Strip Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 2 x 1/2 in. strips
    salt and pepper
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. seasoned tomato juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pinch of garlic powder
    1 med. green pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra
    1 (2-1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Put steak, salt, pepper, onions, celery, tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce in crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Turn to high.
    Add green peppers, okra and mushrooms.
    Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
