Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    flour
    cooking oil
    1 lb. ground sausage meat
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and cool hard-boiled eggs.
    Coat each egg with flour, then cover each egg with 1/4 pound of the sausage meat, being sure there are no holes in the sausage coating.
    Dip in bread crumbs. Heat oil in deep, heavy pan.
    Fry each egg until sausage meat is cooked and browned.
    Cool; cut in half and serve.
