Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Place cream cheese in bowl and cream until smooth.
Add a few drops of food coloring (your choice of color).
Add sugar gradually.
Add salt and chopped nuts.
Mix ingredients.
Form into small balls and roll in coconut.
Makes 2 dozen.
