Colorful Squash Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 small yellow and zucchini squash, sliced
    1/3 c. salt
    1 1/2 quart ice water
    1 c. purple onion, chopped fine
    1 c. chopped red and green pepper
    2 oz. chopped pimientos
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix zucchini squash, salt and ice water together and refrigerate overnight.
