Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. bananas, chopped
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. softened butter
2 (16 oz.) boxes confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add eggs and oil.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, fruit and 1 cup nuts.
Spoon into 3 well-greased pans.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes and cool in pans 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese and butter.
Beat until smooth. Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
Stir in vanilla.
When cool, frost and sprinkle with remaining nuts.
