Lo-Cal Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
    4 oz. farmers cheese
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
    1 tsp. dry onion flakes
    parsley
Preparation
    With fork, mash together cheeses.
    Add milk and dressing mix. Shape into ball.
    Roll in parsley to cover.
    Chill overnight. Serve with favorite crackers.
