Ham And Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    chopped ham
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add water, salt and pepper, beat to blend. Preheat large skillet, then add butter.
    Make sure sides and bottom of skillet are greased.
    Pour eggs into skillet.
    As omelet sets around edge, lift with spatula and tilt skillet so uncooked mixture spreads underneath.
    Repeat until omelet is creamy and set.
    Spread with ham and cheese filling, covering half of omelet, then loosen edge all around.
    Fold over filling and roll from handle to opposite side, using two turners.
    Loosen with spatula and roll out on platter.
