Lentil Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped fine
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 c. cooked, drained lentils
1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 c. sunflower seeds or walnut pieces
1/2 tsp. sage or thyme
2 Tbsp. brewers yeast
2 Tbsp. soy flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
sesame seeds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute onion in oil until soft.
Mix ingredients and place in large, greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seed.
Baked for 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil or a cookie sheets, and then for 10 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with cashew gravy or your favorite gravy.
