Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 3/4 c. flour (regular)
 
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 mashed bananas (well ripened)
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

                            Sift flour, then measure.
 
Mix flour, soda, salt and sugar together.
Beat eggs lightly and add vanilla flavoring, buttermilk and Crisco oil.
Beat just a few seconds together.
Add mashed bananas to egg mixture.
Add nuts if desired.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and fold in egg mixture until all flour is gone.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (approximately).
Makes one regular size Banana Bread.
