No Bake Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
    16 pkg. Equal brand sweetener
Preparation
    In small bowl, blend Equal with evaporated milk.
    Add egg, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
    Blend and set aside.
    In medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over water; let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
    Blend in milk mixture.
    Continue stirring over low heat until mixture is slightly thickened; about 5 minutes. Blend in pumpkin.
    Turn into crust.
    Chill until firm.
    Garnish if desired with whipped cream.
    Makes 8 servings.
