Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil (may be substituted with applesauce)
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded coconut
    2 c. shredded carrots
    8 oz. pineapple with juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix thoroughly sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix until everything is moist. Pour into a greased and floured cake pan (Bundt or oblong cake). Test after baking for 45 minutes, usually takes about 1 hour.
