Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. canned cream-style corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 or more (to taste) jalapeno chili peppers, seeded and chopped
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in next four ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients and add to mixture.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 450\u00b0.
