Italian Baked Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 red pepper, cut into rings
    2 green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    8 eggs
    1/4 c. Grey Poupon mustard
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    In 10-inch ovenproof skillet, over medium high heat, cook broccoli, mushrooms, red pepper and onion in margarine, until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
