Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Combine egg, orange juice and oil.
Add dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts. Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes, until done.
Remove from pan in 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool.
Wrap and store overnight.
