Bool Go-Kee Chicken(Korean Barbecue) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Boneless Chicken Breast
    1 tbsp. Sugar
    1\\4 tsp. Black Pepper
    2 tbsp. Toasted Whole Sesame Seeds
    1 tbsp Water
    1\\4 C. Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
    1\\4 tsp. Ginger
    2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
    2 Whole Scallion Stalks, minced finely
Preparation
    Combine sugar, pepper, sesame seeds, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and scallions. Mix well. Add meat and marinate several hours or overnight.
    This is a very flexible recipe. Once marinated, the meat can be grilled, broiled, or stir-fried. Beef or pork can be subsituted with good results.
