Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Cream margarine with sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add flour. Mix. Add buttermilk, bananas and nuts.
Mix all.
Pour into two loaf pans sprayed with Pam or greased.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
