Turkey Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can chop suey mixed vegetables
1/2 c. diced onion
2 c. cooked turkey
1 c. chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small can mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Drain the vegetables, reserving liquid.
In a large saucepan, saute onion in a tablespoon of margarine until translucent.
Add turkey, bouillon, water, teriyaki and Worcestershire sauce. Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water until mixed well.
Add to turkey mixture.
Stir constantly until thickened.
Add vegetables. Heat until warmed through.
Serve over cooked rice.
