Grilled Mixed Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 tsp. margarine, melted
4 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
Preparation

Tear off 4 large squares of foil and place 1/4 of vegetables on each piece of foil.
Melt margarine, add cheese and seasonings, and pour over vegetables on foil.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Seal tightly and grill over medium hot coals 15 minutes on a side.
