Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour through a funnel into a 2-inch deep (4-quart) pan filled with hot oil (370\u00b0).
    Fry until light brown, then place on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
