Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg and 1 egg white
    1 stick butter
    5 or 6 apples
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, egg and egg white.
    Cut apples into cubes and put in a pan.
    Put combined mixture ove the top of the apples.
    Melt stick of butter and pour all of it over the top.
    Put a very generous amount of cinnamon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender and topping is browned and crisp.
