Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. stuffing (plain or herb)
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small, chopped onion
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; save broth.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch dish with chicken that has been boned.
    Mix soup and sour cream and spread on top of chicken.
    Melt margarine and mix with broth. Mix with stuffing mix.
    Spread stuffing mix on top of chicken soup.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 6 servings.
