Zucchini And Squash Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small zucchini
    2 small yellow squash
    1 (6 oz.) bag radishes
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut vegetables to matchstick size.
    Mix spices, oil, mustard and vinegar with whisk.
    Add vegetables and toss to coat. Refrigerate until served.
