Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground turmeric
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. diced pimento
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; add vinegar and water, stirring until smooth.
    Add onion.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; stir in corn, pepper and pimento.
    Cover and chill.
