Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Blend first 3 ingredients.
    Add shortening.
    Mix with a fork. Mix separately the vinegar, egg and water.
    Add to flour.
    Chill 15 minutes.
    Roll out.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pies or 4 single crust pies.
    May be frozen if well wrapped.
