Chicken Stuffing Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 small can chicken in broth
enough water to broth to make 1/4 c. liquid
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
1 c. shredded cheese
a little sage or other herb to taste
1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, blend together egg, butter and liquid.
Stir in chicken, stuffing mix and cheese; mix until well blended.
Press and shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on greased baking sheets and bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes approximately 3 dozen.
