Rice And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. corn kernels (fresh or frozen, thawed)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. reduced fat milk
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    paprika
    fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except paprika and place in an oiled 2-quart casserole.
    Dust top with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
