Pepper Steak With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) round steak
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 large fresh tomatoes, cut in eighths
    rice
Preparation
    Slice steak in 1/4-inch strips.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Brown in margarine in large skillet or Dutch oven.
    Add beef broth and garlic.
    Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
    Stir in onions and peppers. Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes more.
