Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 medium-sized potatoes, pared and sliced thin (4 c.)
 
1 medium sized onion, peeled and sliced
1 c. condensed cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
- 
                            Parboil potatoes in boiling water in a large saucepan about 1 minute.
 
Blend soup and milk in a small bowl.
Pour over potato mixture.
Dot with butter and cover.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
