Sweet And Sour Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can wax beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can navy beans
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation

Drain liquid from beans.
Mix all beans, onion and pepper in large bowl.
In separate container, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over bean mixture.
Marinate overnight.
Stir several times. Serve chilled.
Keeps well.
