Spanakopita(Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 small onion, minced (1/4 c.)
    3 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt or lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of black pepper
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    phyllo dough, thawed
    melted butter
    egg yolk
Preparation
    Squeeze thawed spinach to get rid of excess water.
    Set aside. Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Stir in spinach, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
    Let cool slightly.
    In large mixing bowl, combine Ricotta, Feta cheese and eggs; mix thoroughly.
    Stir in spinach mixture.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
