Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices brown bread
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 slices white bread
    4 sprigs parsley
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce and oregano.
    Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Then pour tomato sauce over loaf and sprinkle with oregano.
    Bake another 20 minutes.
