Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    7 heaping Tbsp. self-rising flour
    5 eggs, separated
    2 cans water
    10 bananas
    vanilla wafers
    2 large cans evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Take 5 egg yolks and put in a large microwave bowl. Save egg whites in a saucer. Stir yolks and add flour and sugar. Mix well. Add a little bit of milk until it is smooth. Then add remaining milk and water and stir. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes. Keep repeating until mixture is thick. Add vanilla. Layer wafers, then bananas, then pudding mixture. End with pudding on top.
