Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 1 lemon
    rind of 1 lemon, grated
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. hot water or milk
    9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter. Add sugar and egg yolks. Beat. Add water or milk mixed with rind, juice, salt and flour. Mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in unbaked crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
